What makes our tees so special?

Our tees are perfect for going out with friends, working out, or just relaxing at home. When deciding on which shirts to use, we landed on the all-time favorites: the 4.3-oz 100% pre-shrunk, ring spun combed cotton (unisex), the 50/50 ring spun combed cotton/polyester (unisex), and the women’s cut 4.3-oz 100% pre-shrunk, ring spun combed cotton t-shirts. Regardless, all of our tees are fashion fit and are super SOFT & COMFY! We aren't a big fan of carrying cheap shirts (i.e. Gildan or Jerzees) that will shrink down 3 sizes and fade, crack, and peel after the first wash - we value money and seek to provide you with high quality products. 


How do I know what size to order?

Each product page states whether that design is printed on a unisex or women's cut tee. NOTE: these are fashion fit tees.

 

We recommend females order 1 size below their normal size if ordering the unisex fitted tees and should order 1 size above normal if ordering the women's cut tees.

I love the t-shirt – how can I take care of it?

Our shirts are designed to make you look like a VIP for any occasion - give it the love it deserves. Machine wash cold with like colors, non-chlorine bleach when needed. Do not use fabric softener. Tumble dry low. Don't iron decorated areas or dry clean. :)


When will my order arrive?

We thrive to get your order to you as soon as possible - we're excited for you! Our goal is to hand-pack and ship the package via USPS within 1-2 days. 

By default, our primary of shipping method is USPS First Class which takes 3-5 business days. You may opt in for quick delivery by selecting USPS Priority Mail during check which takes 2-3 business days - of course, extra fees may apply for faster delivery methods. 


Can I track my order?

Well... why not?! As soon as we hand-pack and ship the package, you'll receive an email from us with the tracking information. 


I don’t see my size at BROWNRANG.COM – how can I place an order?

If you don't see your on the site, it's usually because we're out of stock - please contact us with the design and size details and we'll see what we can do! 


What is the return/exchange policy?

We're sure you'll love the quality of the product(s) you purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with the item(s), we will gladly accept the return within 7 days of receiving the item. Of course, the product(s) must be unworn/unused and in it's original condition.


How can I get custom (bulk) shirts made for my _____ (event, organization, business etc.)?

We understand that certain situations - such as wedding events, school organizations, private parties, business tees, holidays etc. - require bulk and/or custom work.  We'd love to hear about it and see how we can help! Use the Kustom Kaam (Custom Work) form to share as much as details as possible and we'll see what we can do! 


Can I place an international order?

At this time, we are only accepting orders from United States. Use the Contact Us form if you have any special requests/inquiries. 


An item I bought previously just went on sale – can I collect the price difference?

There are times when we have promotions with special pricing. Unfortunately, we are not able to price match or offer partial refunds after your purchase. 


I have a payment/order related questions – how can I contact someone for help?

Can I have the products shipped to another address?

Sure! We'll ship the product to the shipping address you noted during the checkout.
